Privacy
We collect almost nothing, and this page proves it.
DigiCare Insurance USA runs no analytics, sets no cookies, hosts no forms and keeps no accounts. The only personal data connected to this site is the request log our host keeps in order to serve pages, plus whatever you choose to put in an email to us. Everything below is detail on those two things.
This policy is written against the site that is actually deployed, not against a template. The controller is DigiCare Insurance USA, part of DigiCare (getdigicare.com), reachable at info@digicareinsurance.com.

Each was re-checked against the deployed code on August 2, 2026, and each is checkable from outside without taking our word for it.
No analytics, no tag manager
No Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no Plausible, no session recording. We do not know which pages you read.
No cookies set by this site
The site writes no cookie and no local storage, which is why there is no consent banner: there would be nothing to consent to.
No forms, no accounts, no logins
Nothing here asks for a name, email address, phone number, date of birth or ZIP code. There is nothing to sign up to.
No advertising technology
No ad network, no retargeting or conversion pixel, no fingerprinting script, no data-broker tag, no display ads.
No mailing list
We send no commercial email, which is why there is no unsubscribe link — there is no list to be on.
No sale or sharing of data
Nothing is sold, rented or shared for cross-context behavioural advertising. With no phone numbers collected, there is no lead to sell.
What does exist
Two places your data can appear.
Serving a page requires a server, and answering an email requires reading it. Neither is optional; there is no third.
Host request logs
This site is hosted on Vercel, and like every web host its edge network records the requests it serves — the IP address the request came from, a timestamp, the URL requested, the referring page and the browser's user-agent string. That record is what makes it possible to deliver a page, detect an attack and diagnose an outage. It exists whether or not a site runs analytics on top of it, so "no data at all" would be false.
Vercel is our processor and holds those logs under its own retention schedule. We do not export them, keep a second copy, enrich them, or build a profile of any reader from them.

If you write to info@digicareinsurance.com, we hold what you sent: the message, the address it came from, anything attached. It is used to answer you and, where you reported an error, to record what was corrected and when.
It is never added to a mailing list, never passed to a partner, carrier or broker, and never used to market to you. Please do not send medical details, policy numbers or immigration documents — we do not need them, and email is not a secure channel for them.
Retention: threads are kept while the exchange is still useful — typically the correction record it produced — then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

No affiliate link is live on this site today — every outbound link currently points to a regulator, a government source or a research body. The flow below is what will apply when that changes.
Read the affiliate disclosureYou leave our privacy policy at the click. Once you land on a partner, carrier, marketplace or government site, that operator's privacy policy governs everything that follows. It may set its own cookies, run its own analytics and record its own session. We have no control over any of it and no visibility into it.
An affiliate link carries an identifier for us, not for you. Where a link is an affiliate link, it includes the partner's own tracking parameter identifying DigiCare as the source. We add nothing that identifies you.
Conversion reports reach us without personal data. If someone buys through such a link, the partner reports it in its own dashboard — typically a reference number, a date and a commission amount. Those reports carry no names, email addresses, policy numbers or health information, and we cannot work out who you are from one.
Nothing is shared in the other direction. We send no reader data to any partner, because there is none to send: no email address, no phone number, no quote request.
Your rights
What you can ask for, and the honest answer you will get.
DigiCare does not meet the revenue or volume thresholds that make a business subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, so we are not required to offer these rights. We honour them anyway, for anyone, in any state or country — a request costs us a search of one mailbox, and refusing on a technicality would say more about us than granting it does.
- Know what personal information we hold about you and where it came from
- Get a copy of it in a portable form
- Have it corrected if it is wrong
- Have it deleted, subject only to a legal obligation to keep it
- Not be treated differently for asking — there is no service here to degrade
Send a request to info@digicareinsurance.com and we will respond within five business days. For an online-only publisher an email address is the required request channel; there is no toll-free number, and inventing one would be theatre. Unless you have emailed us, the answer will be that we hold nothing about you at all.
There is no "Do Not Sell or Share" link here
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing for such a link to switch off. A link that changes nothing is worse than a sentence saying so — this is the sentence.
Children
Written for adults making insurance decisions, not directed to children under 13, and we knowingly collect nothing from a child. A child's email is deleted rather than answered, and a parent can ask us to remove anything we hold.
Readers outside the United States
The site covers US insurance in English for readers in the United States, so it offers no goods or services to data subjects in the EU or UK. Write to us from abroad and your email is handled exactly as above, on US servers.
Security
Served over HTTPS, with no reader database behind it. Not holding the data is the strongest security measure available, and it is the one we rely on.
The day this changes
A policy this specific goes stale the moment we add a script.
So the rule is in the repository, not just on this page: nothing that collects data ships without this page changing in the same release.

A tracker, analytics script, cookie, form, account system or tracking parameter cannot reach the site without this policy changing in the same release. That is a repository rule, not an intention.
The date at the top is the real date
It moves when the substance moves. A restyle or dependency upgrade does not touch it, so an unchanged date means unchanged practice.
We will say what changed, not just that something did
If analytics or a form ever arrives, this page will name the tool, what it collects and what you can do about it — rather than swapping this text for a generic policy and hoping nobody re-reads it.
